    If you are wondering if her program works: IT FRICKIN DOES. I'm only half way through it, I haven't done it 100% properly (I missed some days because of random stuff like school, health issues, family issues, etc) and I already have visible results. I EVEN HAVE A SMALL THIGH GAP (WHICH I HAVE NEVER, EVEN AS A CHILD, HAD). I'm visible slimmer and feel stronger and better. If you are wondering if you should start THIS IS YOUR SIGNAL, do it I promise you wont regret it. 💜 Lena is the best.

I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs & 7kg/15lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Say goodbye to those giggly bat wings! Today’s workout is focused on training the triceps which can be a trouble zone for the ladies.

Here are the coolest 4 exercises for tightening up this area:
1) Parallel Bars Tricep Dips
2) Cable Tricep Push Downs
3) Dumbbell Tricep Skull Crushers
4) Lateral Cable Tricep Extensions

To get great results from this workout I recommend doing 3 sets of about 10-15 reps of each exercise and you can do it 2 to 3 times per week! Make sure you wave goodbye to the bingo arms while you still have a chance!
