    I found your channel around 8 years ago, I was on my journey of moving and honoring my body. At the time it was too difficult for me. 60 pounds less and 8 years later I found you after I got let go from an unhealthy job. I was doing a different Pilates/barre program, like all journeys I was a different person in a different place from the first time I found your channel. I decided the other program I was doing wasn’t for me anymore and I was dreading doing her workouts. I decided to cancel and go back to YouTube, I found you again. I loved your videos instantly, maybe week one I came across an intermediate video with the swan dives. This was very difficult to me despite how strong and capable I was. I’m seven months into your videos and just did this one this morning. I’m proud to say that the swan dives were fun this time. Thank you for your content, it’s truly been a journey finding my way back here!

Crush calories and build lean muscle with this full body workout packed with powerful compound moves designed for maximum results.

I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs & 7kg/15lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
