Man detained by ICE legs it with his hands still cuffed behind his back | News US
Shocking footage has emerged from Minnesota of a man attempting to flee ICE agents while handcuffed.
The man was arrested after immigration officers broke the passenger side window of an SUV to arrest other alleged ‘illegal migrants’ in Minneapolis.
They quickly handcuffed the suspect and placed him in a squad car, while a woman holding a young baby began crying nearby.
But agents made a mistake and left the car door, where the man was sitting handcuffed, open.
He then made a run for it, with his hands bound behind his back, into a busy road, before falling into a snow bank and being tackled by officers.
Its understood the woman and the child were not being arrested – only the man inside the SUV.

The man, since identified as 55-year-old Anthony J. Kazmierczak, sprayed the Representative with liquid from a syringe.
‘Here is the reality that people like this ugly man don’t understand: We are Minnesota strong,’ Omar said afterwards.
Kazmierczak has been charged with third-degree assault and is being held without bail. His social media revealed him to be a big fan of Donald Trump.
