So what’s actually in this jar? The formula packs three heavy-hitting ingredients into one product: Pro Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C. Each one pulls its own weight. Pro Retinol targets wrinkles and fine lines. Hyaluronic Acid is the hydrating powerhouse that plumps skin and keeps it feeling dewy instead of tight and dry. Vitamin C brightens and helps even out your complexion. Together, the trio works to reduce wrinkles and deliver serious moisture, which is exactly the combination most women over 50 are hunting for in a daily moisturizer.
Safe to use morning and evening, simply apply the moisturizer as the last step in your skincare routine after any serums or eye creams. Smooth it all over your face and neck for best results — the brand notes it takes just one week of consistent use to start seeing results!
Over 11,000 Walmart shoppers give this anti-aging cream glowing reviews, so don’t just take Davis’ word for it!
One shopper raved, “I love the ingredients and it’s perfect under makeup for my mature yet combo/oily skin! I’ve tried so many day creams at various price points and this one is it!”

Beyond the Gates weekly spoilers for March 16th through the 20th indicate about Dana “Leslie” Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) losing her mind, and it seems like Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) might be shot.
On Monday, March 16th, it’s season 2, episode 51 of BTG, and we’ve got Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) plopping down in a chair at the Fairmont Crest Country Club and telling Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla) and Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) that they will not believe who is hijacking the wedding plans that she has been making.
I mean, they should know, right? Because she’s the villain in every story line lately. So, it is Leslie who is interfering with Chelsea and Madison Morgan’s (Tiyn D. Robertson) big wedding plans. We’ll find out more on that on Monday. Also, We’ve got Carlton Hamilton (Tony Grant) versus Dr. Kial Rollins (Greg Vaughan) and they are bickering over Nicole Dupree Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix) again.
This time they’re making a scene in her office up at Garland Memorial. So, Nicole is telling these men that she is a grown woman. And Carlton orders Kial to get out of Nicole’s office, saying, “Why don’t you give her some space?” and Kial claps back at Carlton that he will leave when he’s good and ready.
Also on Monday, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne’s (Arielle Prepetit) worst nightmare comes true. So, where we left off last week, Jacob had texted her to meet at the hotel. They were getting frisky since they’re not living together. I was kind of thinking that might be a little hot. You know, meet the husband up for a little afternoon delight since you’re not living together.
Might put a spark back in the marriage, but things are about to turn really dark because Dani shows up at the hotel where Naomi and Jacob were twisting and Dani is looking really stressed out. Naomi is alarmed and asks her mom, “Tell me what happened. Where is he?”
So, I have a feeling Jacob might have been injured while working undercover since he’s working around some really bad bad people. Ashley Morgan’s (Jen Jacob) workday turns terrible on Monday and I wonder if she’s on shift and Jacob is brought in shot. So, we’ll see. It doesn’t look good and hopefully he’ll be just fine.
Tuesday, March 17th, it’s season 2, episode 52 of Beyond the Gates, and we’ve got Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) going to her dad, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson), to please help with her out of control mama, Leslie. So, this week, Ted has Leslie up at the office and says she needs to stop crossing the line. The big question is, what is this about? So many topics.
Is it the wedding plans or is it about Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) or Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) or Nicole or literally everybody in the DMV? Leslie is so awful. And you know an actress is good when you want to smack her character. Trisha Mann-Grant is so extra all the time.
Dani gives in to something that Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) wants. Hopefully it’s something frisky and fun. Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson) needs her aunt Monica, the oncologist for comfort. And I don’t know if this is something personal, if it’s about her friend getting shot, or if she wants to talk to her about Anita Dupree‘s (Tamara Tunie) case.
And Kat has a warning for Izaiah Hawthorne (David Lami Friebe). I’m sure it’s about Eva again. I’m interested to see if Izaiah shuts her down because he’s probably getting tired of hearing Kat on this subject. Also, this week, Eva and Izaiah are getting freaky over at her place. He is shirtless, pouring water all over that eight-pack ab set he’s got going. It is sizzling shirtless hotness. Definitely don’t miss Tuesday’s episode.
Then on Wednesday, March 18th, it’s season 2, episode 53 of Beyond the Gates. And Vanessa is desperate for some advice from Nicole. And I think this is about Deanna McBride’s (Erica Ash) rage about Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) and Donnell McBride (Colton Little) being irritated, too. I’m really impressed with that young man.
He is very concerned about Deanna and is kind of, you know, letting Vanessa know where she’s going off track with her daughter. And what’s interesting is both the kids seem to see Joey a lot more clearly than Vanessa does.
Kial does something surprising on Wednesday. I’m low-key rooting for Nicole and Kial. I love Greg Vaughan anyway. And I think Carlton is being way too territorial, talking on behalf of Nicole and, you know, not giving her the space and staying within the boundaries she has set.

Leslie’s house renovation gets shut down and she is furious with Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis). So over at Orphey Gene’s, the contractor tells Leslie that the construction on her house has been shut down and Leslie glares at him and says he better not mean it. Vernon obviously got Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) to find a way to stop it.
So, good for Mr. Hamilton. Anita really does need her peace and quiet during this difficult time. Speaking of difficult, Bill heads over to the Duprees’ house to have a difficult talk with Anita. So, he may go over and tell Vernon, you know, that he made it happen. You know, I don’t think it’s going to be able to get shut down for good.
But I hope that Bill tells Anita that it’s the least he could do for her after, you know, wrecking Dani’s life. And Joey gives somebody his blessing. Supposed to be an old friend. I wonder if it’s Leah. I actually think those two are in cahoots on this whole plasma ring.
Then on Thursday and Friday, March 19th and 20th, guess what? No Beyond the Gates. Both days are preempted for basketball. It is NCAA March Madness. And I’ll say what I always say about this sports preemption stuff. That’s what ESPN is for. Don’t take our soaps off the air for that garbage.
Stars graced the red carpet in stunning gowns and tailored suits at the 98th Academy Awards, but it was a standout accessory worn by many celebrities that stole the night.
Swadesh, the company behind some of the gorgeous one-of-a-kind couture pieces seen on high-profile attendees at last night’s event, brings “luxury craft from Indian designers under one roof to support their efforts in getting global visibility,” according to the company.
Celebrities such as esteemed stylist and “image architect” Law Roach, actress and singer Minnie Driver, actor Kyle MacLachlan, model Alessandra Ambrosio, designer and entrepreneur Tan France, Emmy-nominated TV host Justin Sylvester, singer Brandi Carlile, Pritika Swarup, founder of Prakti, a beauty and wellness brand, and journalist Zanna Roberts Rassi, were spotted throughout the night donning jewels and accessories from the company.
Founded by Indian businesswoman and philanthropist, Nita Ambani, Swadesh, “was created to sustain and promote India’s traditional arts, handlooms and crafts, while placing artisans at the center of the story,” a press release said. “Today, the initiative works closely with over 12,000 artisans across more than 500 craft traditions, helping ensure that these skills continue to thrive for generations to come. Each creation reflects authenticity, ethical sourcing, and the remarkable skill of the hands that make it.”
Ambani’s daughter Isha, 34, who was in attendance at the Oscars, has helped to position the company as an emblem of Indian craftsmanship.

For Hollywood’s biggest night, Swadesh partnered with Indian designers to create custom pieces. “These featured exquisite, handcrafted fabrics created by highly skilled artisans in India, complemented by fine jewelry from its collections that spotlight India’s living traditions of metalwork and gemstone craftsmanship.”
Roach, 47, wore a dazzling brooch by Swadesh, on top of a 1997 Alexander McQueen suit. The brooch’s design “draws inspiration from the bold symmetry of the Art Deco era, echoing the architectural language of the iconic Eros Building in Mumbai, India—home to the Swadesh flagship store,” the company said.

Driver, 56, donned Swadesh’s Celestial Tiers multi-row solitaire necklace at the 31st Vanity Fair Oscars After Party. “Crafted in polished white gold, the piece features an elegant arrangement of pear, emerald and round brilliant-cut diamonds, set in descending rows that taper into a refined fringe-like drape along the neckline,” the company said.

Carlile, 44, who attended the awards show with her wife Catherine Shepherd, wore Swadesh’s Petal Prism Brooch, “inspired by the organic geometry of a sunflower.”

Former Us Weekly cover star, MacLachlan, 67, wore a stunning brooch with a 10.95-carat cushion-cut tourmaline encircled by a halo of diamonds.

JUNKLESS Protein Bars are also gluten-free, made without sugar alcohols, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives or high-fructose corn syrup, while staying low in sugar with just 5 to 9 net carbs per bar. The variety pack includes Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Birthday Cake and Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie bars, giving snackers dessert-inspired flavors that still deliver protein-packed fuel.
Fortunately, you don’t need Dunne’s nonstop schedule to appreciate a snack that works this hard. The protein-packed bars deliver clean ingredients, satisfying flavor and grab-and-go convenience — making them an easy on-the-go option. Picture this: you’re a scientist digging near the Amazon rainforest, and you pull a jawbone out of the ground that looks so wrong you assume it broke underground.
Then you find another one. Same weird twist. Then another. And another. Nine total, each with the same baffling shape.
That’s exactly what happened to a team of researchers who just identified one of the strangest ancient creatures ever discovered — and it’s rewriting textbooks in the process.
The animal? Tanyka amnicola, which translates roughly to “jaw living next to the river.”
It lived about 275 million years ago, and its discovery has scientists rethinking some very confident assumptions about when certain ancient creatures disappeared from the planet.
The way Tanyka came to light is a story worth telling. Researchers found a single twisted jawbone during excavations in Brazil.
Their first instinct? Something must have gone wrong. Maybe the fossil was crushed during its 275 million years underground. They also thought it belonged to a fish, not a land-dwelling creature.
“At first, we wondered if these fossils might be the remains of a fish,” coauthor Martha Richter recalls, per the Natural History Museum. “It was only once the fossils were properly prepared in the lab that the true nature of Tanyka was clearly revealed to us.”
Then the team kept digging and found eight more jawbones with that same twist. One oddly shaped jaw could be a fluke. Nine? That’s a pattern.
“It’s a really strange animal, and the weird twist in the jaw drove us crazy trying to figure it out. But nine jaws we’ve found have this twist, including the really well-preserved ones, so it’s not a deformation. It’s just the way this animal was,” lead author Jason Pardo added.
The repeated structure confirmed the twisted jaw was a natural anatomical feature. And after comparing its traits to known species spanning hundreds of millions of years, the team realized they had something unexpected on their hands.
“By comparing its anatomical traits to the characteristics of known species from across hundreds of millions of years, we found that this animal was actually a primitive tetrapod after all,” Richter added.
The study was published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B.
Most tetrapods (the group that includes four-limbed animals) have teeth in the upper and lower jaws that face each other. This lets animals slice, cut, and grind food. You can see the setup in everything from a house cat to a crocodile.
Tanyka’s mouth threw out that entire playbook.
Its lower jaw twisted outward from back to front. Some teeth pointed outward and sideways rather than inward toward the opposing jaw.
And lining the inside of the jaw were small grinding teeth called denticles. Researchers believe the denticles in the upper and lower jaws likely rubbed together to grind food — almost like a built-in mortar and pestle.

Vitor Silva, Field Museum
If you were to run your tongue over the teeth on your lower jaw, you would feel the tops of your teeth facing up towards the roof of your mouth.
In Tanyka, the twisted lower jaw meant the teeth were pointed out to the sides. The part of the jawbone that normally faces the tongue is pointed upwards.
This unusual setup suggests a possible diet of tough plant material and small invertebrates with hard shells, which would make Tanyka omnivorous or herbivorous. That’s a departure from many of its meat-eating relatives.
Researchers described the species as belonging to a more experimental stage in early animal evolution, when nature was still trying out different designs for how a mouth could work.
Only jaw fossils have been definitively linked to the species, so scientists aren’t certain about its full body shape. They believe it likely resembled a salamander-like animal with a longer snout. Other nearby fossils may belong to the same species, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
The researchers themselves offered an analogy that makes Tanyka’s place in its world click: think of the platypus.
That odd, duck-billed, egg-laying mammal looks like it belongs to a much earlier chapter of evolution, yet it persists today alongside far more modern creatures.
Tanyka had a similar vibe. It belonged to a group called stem tetrapods — early relatives of modern four-limbed animals that eventually gave rise to the ancestors of amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals.
But most stem tetrapods went extinct long before Tanyka lived.
“Tanyka is a little like a platypus, in the sense that it was a member of the stem tetrapod lineage that remained even after newer, more modern tetrapods evolved,” Pardo said. “It was a living fossil in its time.”
Tanyka lived during the Early Permian Period, when Earth’s land was joined into the supercontinent Pangaea. The climate where the fossils were found was likely hot and seasonally dry.
Scientists long believed stem tetrapods largely disappeared after a major ecological event called the Carboniferous Rainforest Collapse. That event caused widespread destruction of tropical forests and wiped out the humid environments many early tetrapods depended on.
Creatures like Tanyka should have been gone long before it ever appeared. Yet there it was, grinding food with its twisted jaw, millions of years later than anyone expected.
One possible explanation: species in the southern part of Pangaea may have experienced different climates than those in the north. Those conditions may have allowed them to survive after northern populations went extinct.
The fossil record near the Amazon, and in excavation sites around the world, may hold more creatures waiting to be discovered that defy what we think we know.
And it all started with one twisted jawbone that nobody could explain.

Kristin Cabot sat down with Oprah Winfrey to address the scandal that erupted back in July 2025.
Jane Fonda and Robert Redford played love interests in multiple films and had palpable chemistry, leaving many fans to wonder if the pair ever dated in real life.
Surprisingly, the answer is no — but they did have a decades-long close friendship.
The pair met while filming the 1960 comedy Tall Story. Years later, Fonda and Redford reunited for 1966’s The Chase.
In 1967, Fonda and Redford starred in their hit romantic comedy, Barefoot in the Park. The two also costarred in 1979’s The Electric Horseman and 2017’s Our Souls at Night.
Redford died in his sleep at age 89 in September 2025. The Oscar-winning actor and director was honored at the 98th Academy Awards in March 2026, featuring a tribute from Redford’s The Way We Were costar Barbra Streisand. After the awards ceremony, Fonda joked that she should have been the one to lead the tribute.
“I want to know how come Streisand was up there doing that for Redford,” the actress told Entertainment Tonight. “She only made one movie with him, I made four!”
Keep scrolling to learn more about Fonda and Redford’s friendship through the years:
Both Jane Fonda and Robert Redford were married to other people during the times that they collaborated on films.
Redford was married to Lola Van Wagenen from 1958 to 1985. The pair shared daughters Shauna, 64, and Amy, 58, son James, who died from cancer in October 2020 at age 58, and son Scott, who died of SIDS in 1959 when he was 2 months old. Redford later tied the knot with Sibylle Szaggars in 2009.

Meanwhile, Fonda was married to Roger Vadim, with whom she shares daughter Vanessa, 56, from 1965 to 1973. She later tied the knot with Tom Hayden in 1973. The pair welcomed son Troy, 52, before their split in 1990. Fonda was then married to Ted Turner from 1991 to 2001.
Though Fonda and Redford’s relationship never turned romantic, the Grace and Frankie star has admitted that she had a crush on her costar and even “fell in love” with him while filming their movies.
“I was always in love with him. [He was] the most gorgeous human being and had such great values. He did a lot for movies — he lifted up independent movies,” Fonda told ET after the 2026 Oscars.
Jane Fonda spoke about her crush on Robert Redford during a 2008 interview with People.
“He is so handsome and just such a wonderful human being,” she said. “Every movie I made with him, I developed a crush on him.”

Later, Fonda called Redford a “great kisser” and said she “couldn’t keep [her] hands off him” during Barefoot in the Park. Plus, Fonda shared that she “lived” for sex scenes with the Out of Africa actor.
Robert Redford told The Telegraph in 2017 that he “didn’t know” Jane Fonda was in love with him. However, he had a deep admiration for his Tall Story costar.
“It’s easy [to work with Fonda],” he said during a 2017 Today interview. “We’ve done many films over the years so it just worked out that way, that there was not a lot of discussion, we didn’t have to talk about a lot. Things just kind of fell into place between us, and there wasn’t much more to think about.”
Later that year, Redford called Fonda a “force.”
“As long as I’ve known Jane, she’s always moving forward, and doesn’t look back. And whatever pain, whatever problems she’s had in the past, remains in the past and she keeps moving forward,” he shared. “It’s an admirable quality, and very few people have it like Jane does.”
After news broke of Robert Redford’s death, Jane Fonda told Us Weekly in a statement, “It hit me hard this morning when I read that Bob was gone. I can’t stop crying. He meant a lot to me and was a beautiful person in every way. He stood for an America we have to keep fighting for.”
Fonda also posted a tribute to Redford on Instagram, sharing a photo from Our Souls at Night.
“Bob made a real difference in all good ways. He represented an America we must now fight to protect. He revolutionized independent filmmaking and made us swoon in so many movies. I am very sad today,” she wrote. “I was wanting to go see him these last few months to make sure we were all right between us, but I didn’t act on it soon enough. Lesson learned. When people are our age, late 80s, don’t wait. Thank you, dearest Bob, for all the pleasure you brought over the years.”
March is going to be a great month for fans of 2010s boy bands, but it’s going to be an even better month for Netflix. The streamer will take the win after being outbid by Paramount in the bidding war for Warner Bros. Not that Netflix is struggling, but it is experimenting with a new format this month by essentially live-streaming a concert. And it’s not just any concert; Netflix bagged the streaming rights to arguably the year’s biggest pop culture event, the long-awaited reunion of the Korean boy band BTS. The band had been on a hiatus for several years, during which each of its members served their mandatory military service. Now that they’ve been discharged, they’re putting together a massive show for their global audience that will include new music. The concert will be followed by a documentary film about the reunion, titled BTS: The Return. However, another concert film has found a spot on the Netflix viewership charts as a lead-in to the BTS live event.
The BTS concert will be held on March 21 in Seoul, featuring members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook all taking the stage together for the first time in over three years. They will subsequently embark on a world tour to promote their new album, “ARIRANG,” which will be released a day before the concert. BTS has emerged as a true cultural phenomenon over the last decade, popularizing Korean culture around the world — from music to cuisine and even Korean shows and movies. In fact, Netflix’s most-watched movie of all time is one directly inspired by BTS: KPop Demon Hunters. The BTS concert will be followed by BTS: The Return, a feature-length documentary about the comeback directed by Bao Nguyen. However, another concert film is climbing the Netflix charts as we speak.
An Actor Awards Recap — The Collider Movie Quiz!
The Screen Actors Guild doled out accolades eight nights ago. Is it fresh enough in your memory to survive this recap?
According to FlixPatrol, Harry Styles: One Night in Manchester was among the most-watched movies on the domestic Netflix charts following its recent debut. However, the film wasn’t able to crack the global top 10 list. It follows former One Direction member Harry Styles performing tracks from his recently released album, “Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally,” before he heads on a world tour like BTS. This is Styles’ first concert film, and it features the global pop star performing new music along with his greatest hits. Styles is also actively pursuing a career in movies, having appeared in Christopher Nolan‘s Dunkirk, Olivia Wilde‘s Don’t Worry Darling, and Marvel’s Eternals.
Stay tuned to Collider for more updates.

Days of Our Lives two week spoilers for March 16th through the 27th suggest Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is making an arrest and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) is targeted in a life and death situation.
On Monday, March 16th, we’ve got Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) kissing EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) on impulse after confronting him about Stephanie Johnson‘s (Abigail Klein) kidnapping and whether he’s involved. And this picks right back up from where we were on Friday.
Meanwhile, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) finds Stephanie in Jeremy Horton’s (Michael Roark) arms again, picking up from Friday. And he reads it wrong. Alex is going to assault Jeremy. And then Stephanie has to stop Alex from doing any more damage and explain what happened. To his credit, Alex apologizes to Jeremy since now they know it was Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) all along.
Down at the police station, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is questioning Owen. Not that he’s a cop, right? So, will he recognize Brady from the first kidnapping rescue because he was part of saving Stephanie last time Owen kidnapped her. So, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Brady are going to perp walk Owen into the cop shop.
And they want to know who brought him to town this time. And he says it was Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton). Doesn’t seem like he’s going to mention EJ, but I bet they’re going to ask because, you know, that’s their favorite thing to do, jump to conclusions in Salem.
Stephanie is safe and in the hospital getting comfort from her mom, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans). And Rafe shows up to the DiMera mansion to arrest EJ, and he does it right in front of Cat. And Rafe tells EJ that Stephanie was found in a room that no one knows about but him.
I don’t think that’s accurate since Owen knew about it and put them there. Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) gets an update from Rafe and I wonder if he’s going to tell Paulina about the person pod he saw which may have Paulina panicking.
Tuesday, March 17th, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) have a frustrating encounter. And I wonder if it’s about her seeing Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) when Philip wants to see his brother reconcile with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).
Rachel Black needs comfort and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is there for her. This is the debut of actress Lorelei Olivia Mote in the role of Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) replacing Alice Halsey. We know that Rachel’s case is going before the judge soon where she’s going to have to confess to shooting her uncle EJ. So, I’m sure she’s probably worried about juvie or Bayview. She don’t want to go back there.
Dimitri von Leuschner DiMera (Peter Porte) and Leo wonder if there’s anything left for them back in Salem. And Leo asks if Dimitri can imagine the look on her face when she sees the two of us coming back. Sounds like they’re talking about Gwen.
Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) gets advice from her aunt Sarah, who continues to be concerned about her, and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) listens as Arianna “Ari” Grace Horton (Marissa Reyes) opens up to her. And it may be about her unhinged roommate. Because this week, Holly is slack jawed when Ari finally loses it on her and just snaps and tells Holly she’s hit her breaking point. She is completely done with her.
Wednesday, March 18th, Klaus is stalking Liam Selejko (Haaron Hines) in Salem to tie off loose ends that might lead back to Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel). Speaking of loose ends, Leo and Dimitri are in peril. Their lives are at risk. Leo’s talking and Dimitri panics as he sees a laser targeting through the window and he tackles Leo just as a bullet fires through the glass. Dimitri panics thinking that Leo got shot, but he’s okay. Madam Vivian’s people, though, said they weren’t going to leave Alamania alive. Good news for them. The ISA is in town watching them on Days of our Lives.
EJ is grilled by his ex-girlfriend, District Attorney Belle Brady (Martha Madison). I’m sure it’s an interrogation about Stephanie’s kidnapping and whether he was involved like before. EJ’s legit innocent in the initial kidnapping. He found out right before Alex and Rafe found out and saw them down there.
But EJ did tell Rolf it’s too bad if Stephanie and Jeremy are collateral damage. But he wasn’t involved in the kidnapping. That’s true. And if you remember, Stephanie and Jeremy only saw Rolf and Owen. Philip makes a confession to Gabi. I wonder if he’s going to say, “I love you.” Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) and JJ Deveraux bond.
Then on Thursday, March 19th, we are going to see Liam with JJ. Looks like they’re around the park. And it looks like Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) is with them, too. Not exactly sure what they’re doing there, but Klaus is there. He confronts Liam, who raises his hand. He’s terrified of this guy.
JJ gets between them with his gun raised and calls out that he’s police. Klaus takes a shot at them just as Shawn also takes a shot at Klaus. And Shawn goes down. He’s shot. He’s lying on the ground and he’s bleeding. JJ runs over to check on Shawn.
We’ll see if Klaus got away or if Shawn was a good shot and put him down. EJ surprises Gwen and that may be because he’s back at the mansion and not being held in the kidnapping case. Paulina tells Abe Carver (James Reynolds) a lie right to his face.
I’m sure it’s about the lab and Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) and EJ and all of this stuff that’s eating at her. So, Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) blis in Alamania and he may be the one to save the guys and then Leo and Dimitri are trying to explain themselves to the ISA agent.
Friday, March 20th, we’ve got Rachel giving Tate Black (Leo Howard) something to give to Holly. So, this is what was in the package from Sophia Choi (Madelyn Kientz). So, it’s more psych meds shoved in the skin supplement bottle. I wonder if Tate will deliver it and how Rachel will explain it.
Belle gives Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) an update. Maybe about Shawn’s shooting, maybe about not having enough to charge EJ with since Owen is in custody and hasn’t named him, just Rolf.
Ari is taking care of Liam. So, it sounds like he’s maybe hurt physically or has some PTSD from the park confrontation and shooting with Klaus. So, we’ll see. Obviously, he’s going to be shaken.
Holly tells Sarah her fears. She’s not pregnant, but she still feels unhinged and may tell Sarah she thinks she’s having some kind of mental health crisis, so maybe she’ll help Holly. Maybe Sarah’s going to run some medical tests. That would be well timed. Shawn wants the truth from JJ. And I wonder if it’s about his prognosis.

The week of March 23rd through the 27th, we’ll see if Holly starts gobbling up that new bottle of skin supplements. You know, I wonder if Tate is going to give it to her as Rachel asked. And you would think Holly might want to ask questions. I wonder if she’ll notice the bottle isn’t sealed. Unless, you know, Sophia got really creative with the glue from Arts and Crafts class and tried to reseal it.
Holly’s going to spiral out if she keeps taking these. So, the next question is, will Owen wind up in Statesville or Bayview or the cemetery? Because Rolf may find a way to get to him and give him one of those special shots like he did to Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier) to kill him. So, Owen can’t testify because remember Rolf snuck in and flat out murdered Peter after he woke up.
In the meantime, Rolf may have to hide out in the DiMera tunnels and we’ll find out more on Lexie who should be waking up very soon. Shawn and Jada may be doing some bonding as he recovers, which may lead her to break up with Theo. A sneak peek from Days social media says that Shawn and Jada are coupled up again soon.
Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) are headed back to Salem with twins Jules and Carver. And of course, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is going to be thrilled to have a full house again.
Jeremy has to pick up the pieces of his life. Hopefully, a lot of people in Salem are going to apologize. He may need some medical attention since Stephanie dislocated his thumb. Michael Roark is going to remain on Days until late April. Julie may admit to Jeremy that she doubted him for a minute, but is glad he’s innocent.
And I’m curious if Steve might ask Brady to officially join Black Patch since he was working on this investigation and he’s out at Basic Black. So Brady needs something to do.

The Hulu reboot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, directed by Chloe Zhao, has been cancelled. The announcement was made on March 14, 2026, by a post from star Sarah Michelle Gellar on Instagram.
There were mixed hopes for the new series, which was announced last year as a pilot was developed. Zhao has won an Oscar already for Nomadland and was up for several this season for Hamnet (she didn’t win, but Jessie Buckley did win Best Actress for the movie), but she also directed the Marvel flop Eternals. Although she proclaims herself to be a life-long fan of the original series, there were a lot of less famous fans who were skeptical she could fill the shoes of show creator Joss Whedon.

Whedon initially created the character for a 1992 movie of the same name starring Kristy Swanson, but reinvented her for the show that dominated young adult television, which started in 1997. He was not included among the creatives working on the reboot, which opted instead for an all-female development team. Whedon’s other best-known television property, Firefly, announced the same weekend that it was also being rebooted as an animated series. Similarly, Whedon will not involved in the animated series.

Gellar was to be among the cast of the reboot, with Buffy serving in a mentor role for a new character and a new support cast. This would have put Buffy in the role of Giles for the new slayer, and there were numerous rumors that other previous cast members would be coming home to Sunnyvale to provide their own aid.
Disney and Hulu are not done with ideas for the Buffy franchise. There have been new ideas in development since 2018, and the idea of a new Buffy show is still appealing to the House of Mouse, but the pilot for this one apparently didn’t coincide with their vision. They turned it down on Friday the 13th, which Buffy could appreciate, right after Gellar praised the reboot at the SXSW film festival, where she was promoting her new movie, Ready or Not 2.

Fans are disappointed that the series has been cancelled, and so is Sarah Michelle Gellar. However, reboots and spin-off shows have been inconsistent: while the resurgence of Scrubs has been enjoyed by many, Starfleet Academy has failed to interest a lot of Star Trek fans, and Paramount’s endless parade of rebooted shows like Matlock, Hawaii Five-O, and The Equalizer are merely filler, counting on the nostalgia bait. We’ll never know which category the new Buffy show would have fallen into, but hopefully something better is coming from the Buffyverse soon.
