    I m house wife doing workout at home only watching all your videos for my workout and it’s very energetic it boosts me but in every video you doing almost same exercise why don’t you do something different workouts in new way so we can not bored doin same thing everday and thigh fat and inner fat very tough to loose dame would make videos for only for this if it’s possible 😊

45 minute Kettlebell full body workout to fire all of your muscles and require a lot of stability and strength of your core!

You will need a mat and a kettlebell for this full body workout. The kettlebell I am using today for your reference is 10kg so a lighter option in order to perform windmills and halo. You can of course perform windmills bodyweight only if preferred. If you have a choice of kettlebells, you could absolutely go heavier during certain exercises!

Some moves can be performed at a fast pace than others so simply perform at a pace to suit you!

The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest! We repeat each exercise twice, most are one side then the other.
