IRON Series 30 Min Full Body Circuits Workout - Dumbbells | 24



Circuits, sweat, serious intensity… let’s go!

We simply have 5 supersets in the circuit and we simply perform this for 3 rounds!

This might actually be the quickest in regards time passing! Within no time we reach the last round of circuit!

The timer will be on for each superset for 90 seconds in total, with 60 seconds being the first exercise, followed straight away with 30 seconds of a ‘complimentary’ exercise!

With this workout, you can absolutely use heavier dumbbells for the first exercise within the superset then drop weight for the 30 seconds exercise so for example squats you could pick a heavier weight, then drop weight for the squat to press!

It’s completely up to you! I used the same dumbbells throughout and it was very demanding!

All you will need for this workout is your mat and dumbbells! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2 x 10kg each!

    I pushed myself to a new level during this workout. I found out that I can do more. I pushed myself when I felt a weird pain in my shoulder during the shoulder press but I moved on. And miraculously in the next set, I can do two presses, and in the 3rd circuit I can do 4!! You won’t believe what you can accomplish until you push! Thank you so much for putting this training program out there, it really challenged me and made me better!

    7/24/ For my reference, I used 20s for most of the workout (15s for shoulder press/clean to press on 2nd round, and clean to press on 2nd and 3rd round) and burned 200 calories!

    I can’t lie, I was feeling a little discouraged after the last couple workouts. Felt like I wasn’t seeing or feeling results the way I expected.
    But after today, I can confidently say I am getting stronger and tougher.

    The connection I have to my body is much more intense, I can control my breath and really send my strength where I want it. I’m so happy

    Thank you so much Caroline, love the 30mins full body workouts with dumbells. Was super sweatie today. Managed to do most of it with 10Kg except the shoulder press which I currently do with 5KG. At 53 going through menopause changes, I'm stronger than ever, more balanced and mental health-wise, I find weight lifting and resistance training improves my mood greatly!

    Made it, phew! Only using 10kg weights and have to go down to 4kg for the shoulder presses, but went all the way through. The abs exercises at the end were great, thank you.
