Days of Our Lives: Kristen & Sarah’s Terrifying Kidnappings – Shocking Culprit Exposed?

Days of Our Lives reveals Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is sitting in a cell at Statesville Prison because she took the fall for her daughter, but this week she is kidnapped. And Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) may join her as well.

Let’s talk about who takes Kristen out of prison and who’s got the motive to also snatch Sarah. We have a lot to unpack.

Days of Our Lives: Kristen’s Ultimate Sacrifice

Right now, Kristen is being a good mom and she’s making the ultimate sacrifice for her unhinged daughter, little Rachel Black (Alice Halsey). I’m sure you remember that this summer Kristen interrupted the court hearing just before Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) verdict was read and she confessed.

Kristen made a deal with her brother EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) that she would plead guilty to shooting him if he’d keep it a secret that Rachel really did it. That way EJ’s son Johnny and Kristen’s daughter Rachel would both be safe. So, Kristen will do absolutely anything to protect her only child.

Once EJ remembered the shooting and that Rachel pulled the trigger, that’s when he, Kristen, and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) decided to protect the kid because Rachel didn’t remember shooting her uncle and they thought there was a whole bunch of trauma there.

We’ve only seen Kristen briefly after her confession on Days when Rachel got to see her mom. But now Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is blocking Kristen’s visits with Rachel because he’s upset that his daughter was goading Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary) into trying to hurt Tate Black (Leo Howard). Brady feels like he owes Kristen nothing and that she’s a terrible influence on their kid.

Brady really thinks that Kristen shot EJ because Kristen swore everyone to silence; very few people know. And she said they cannot ever tell Brady. If he knew, he might ease up on Rachel seeing her mom, knowing that Kristen’s protecting their kid, but Kristen is protecting Rachel even from Brady’s judgment.

Days of Our Lives: Kristen DiMera Kidnapped from Prison

Fast forward to this week on Days of Our Lives, and spoilers confirm that by the end of the week, Kristen is blindfolded, still in her Statesville prison blues. And repeatedly asking, “Where the H am I?” It looks like somebody busted Kristen out of prison and is holding her captive. But why? And more importantly, who did it?

This is huge: we have to consider who would also want to take Sarah Horton captive because our reliable leaker gave us a wild tip. We reported two months ago that Kristen and Sarah may both be kidnapped together. I’ve also seen a few sketchy websites picking up our leak and trying to claim it as their own.

But you guys that listen here regularly know we’re the ones with the good leaks. I guess we’re their reliable leaker because that’s all they’re doing is taking our videos. This same leaker, by the way, has been very accurate. They reported to us way back in February. And we reported it here, that Rachel shot EJ. That was six months before it was confirmed.

The Days of Our Lives press office emailed me about it. They were not happy that I leaked that. So anyway, I trust this source. And apparently, so do the sites that steal our content. Our leaker told us a couple of months ago that Kristen and Sarah would both be kidnapped and they’d be trapped together. And that it’s a man who takes them. The leak said Kristen is out of prison but didn’t break herself out. Someone got her out.

Unraveling the Mystery: Who Would Kidnap Both Kristen and Sarah on Days?

The big question is who would want both her and Sarah? And is it really a man behind it? Or maybe it’s just a henchman that did the kidnapping and there’s a female mastermind. I know that Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) would most likely blame Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) for doing something to her precious daughter Sarah if she does indeed go missing.

However, I do not think Xander is responsible for kidnapping his ex-boss Kristen or his estranged wife Sarah. I think he learned his lesson with the whole clown thing, you know. And Justin Kiriakis’ (Wally Kurth) wife. I do have a couple of better ideas of who might be behind this. First of all, we know that Kristen and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) kidnapped Sarah four years ago. I don’t know if you guys remember that. We had Kristen impersonating Sarah in a mask. And they shoved her in a trunk and then stuck her on that DiMera Island.

Days of Our Lives: Epic Prison Break

They were drugging her and it whacked out her brain for a while. And then a couple of years later in 2023, we had Kristen, Gwen, and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) pulling off a prison break. So this upcoming prison break should be easy peasy for Kristen or Gwen. They’ve been there, done that, got the Statesville t-shirt. But it’s quite clear that Kristen is not in on this one because she’s upset and angry that she’s been snatched and blindfolded.

This week, Days of Our Lives spoilers have Gwen on edge dealing with a secret assignment. We’ll see if that’s for EJ or not. I mean, Gwen could be asked to disappear her former best friend, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). You never know. But it could be something else. And it could be something to do with Kristen.

DiMera Family Drama: Could EJ or Megan Be Behind the Abduction on DOOL

Maybe EJ asks Gwen to get Kristen out of prison because he feels guilty about her going down for his shooting. Or EJ may have a role for Kristen in part of his elaborate plan for the new secret lab that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) and his new assistant Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) are running.

However, if it’s not Gwen who gets Kristen out of jail, maybe diabolical DiMera Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson), with the help of their brother Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), is the one who gets her out. There’s weird stuff going on with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) that has a lot of people wondering if he’s really Andre. Maybe he is the guy in the picture.

Days of Our Lives: Gwen & EJ Behind the Kidnapping?

Megan and Kristen had a lot of fun teaming up before Megan disappeared again after being arrested for that whole orchid thing. So, you never know. This could be a benevolent kidnapping, or Kristen might be a test subject. Or, you know, maybe Gwen and EJ were going to help her get out of the country, maybe even planning to send Rachel along with her mom to hide out in Alamania so they can be together because she sacrificed herself for her kid and then Brady’s not letting her see the kid.

I tend to think that’s not it, but just, you know, wild theories. I think the kidnapper is going to keep Sarah and Kristen locally. Gwen might also have a motive to kidnap Sarah to get her out of the way so she can pursue Xander, like what happened last time. Or maybe Kristen is hurt somehow in the prison break and Sarah is grabbed strictly because she’s a doctor and Kristen needs medical attention. And then they have to keep her so she doesn’t blab to the cops.

A Path to Redemption: How the Kidnapping Could Change Everything for Xander

If it’s not Gwen and EJ, if it’s not Megan and Andre, maybe it’s Rachel Black. We haven’t seen her in a hot minute. And I’m sure she’s upset that Kristen’s in prison for a crime she didn’t commit. Brady’s getting closer to Sarah, so that could be why she’s taken — because Rachel wants to get rid of any threats to a Kristen and Brady reunion. Let’s be real, Rachel is crazy as a bag of wet cats, so I don’t put anything past her. And she could have a male henchman helping her. So, Kristen and Sarah might be stashed somewhere once the gala is over.

There’s a big umbrella story starting according to official Days of Our Lives spoilers. The Kristen kidnapping, by the way, is confirmed. It may be part of this umbrella story that’s just kicking off the end of this week and going into next week.

We’ll have to wait and see if the leak is correct and Sarah is also snatched. That would drive Xander to desperation. If he rides to her rescue, though. And gets Sarah and Kristen out of captivity, that could be Xander’s shot to redeem himself and reconcile with Sarah. And even Maggie would have to forgive him. We’ll see how it goes.
