    If a hiit is usually over 20 minutes, I hesitate a lot to do it, but since it's leg day and this includes a lot of lower body, I decided to do it. I definitely couldn't do the entire interval for a lot of the exercises, and I had to go down weights sometimes, but I finished it without a lot of pauses! You guys can do it too, even if you have to pause keep going!

✔️ 3 Moves Per Circuit (Strength, Power + Cardio Conditioning)
✔️ 30 Seconds Per Exercise (the first 2 exercises are consecutive, so 1 minute work total. Then you get a 30 second rest, followed by a 30 second burnout move).

Let’s burn some energy with this 30 minute cardio full body workout… no equipment needed. Simply follow along and have fun!

This is meant for low intensity cardio so any jumps, land softly. The pace should be sustainable with heart rate elevated but you aren’t out of breath…. think of a steady, slow paced run!
