    Thank you for this video (and all of the other ones)! I am also from Germany. Gyms have been closed since November and after alot of HIIT workouts, it is great to do some strength workouts with weights again.

    whattheheck! Here I was on my 'too-tired-to-work-out but also need-to-work-out-cause-I-love-it-too-much' day, and I was like WOAHHHHH this benching one is gonna be so cool and fun!!! whattheheck?! first off, I don't have a bench, so I thought I could just use a chair or the floor, which worked for most of them, but also YIKESSSS I never knew you could do so much on a bench!

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

In this 35 Min ESCALATE Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will have 40x movements in total. We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds long and we will have 15 seconds rest between the movements and 20 seconds rest after each 5x movements. After the first 20x movements there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
