Jack Grealish was seen taunting Aston Villa fans over his three Premier League titles after Manchester City lost 2-1 to Unai Emery’s side on Saturday.
Grealish flourished for Villa during his time there and left for Pep Guardiola’s team back in the summer transfer window of 2021.
While City are currently in crisis, having won just one of their last 12 matches, Grealish has still won plenty of silverware during his spell at the Etihad Stadium.
He has won three Premier League titles, while he was also part of the team that won the treble in 2023.

City lost 2-1 to Villa on Saturday with Jhon Duran and Morgan Rogers on target for the hosts.
Phil Foden netted his first goal of the season in the closing stages but it ultimately wasn’t enough, with the reigning champions looking a shadow of their usual selves once more.
After the game, Villa fans mocked Grealish.
And he responded by holding up three fingers – one for each of the league titles he’s won over the past three years.

Grealish was booed throughout the clash, with the England international yet to score in his last 45 appearances at club level.
He also clashed with several Villa players, including right-back Matty Cash.
City have lost six times in the Premier League this term, which is already more than any other previous campaign since Grealish’s move to the club.
They are nine points behind Liverpool, who have two games in hand.

And Guardiola, speaking after the match, has admitted he’s working as hard as possible to help his team turn things around.
“If there is a moment that I cannot overthink, it is right now. [I] try to be simple, stick to my principles and give certainty to the team,” said the Spaniard.
“Tell them they can do it and how they can give benefit for the team defensively and offensively.
“The starting line-up was good. It’s not an easy place to come and today we played much better than last season [here].
