    This will be my 2nd pilates exercise.
    And hurray it's really fun.
    But must say, the breathing style and poses comes from Indian Yoga and asanas.

    This one is definitely one of my favorites! My abs especially were on fire for that segment!! Same with my glutes! Love it!
    I started your videos 3 1/2 months ago along with wearing a waist trimmer while I workout and I am starting to really see this hard work pay off especially in my stomach and waist area, has me so happy, confident, and motivated! Been doing cardio workouts for over a year now but adding in the pilates is one of the best decisions I could've made! So anyway thanks so much for making these videos, me and many others are very thankful for them! ❤

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
