Meghan Markle’s Daughter Lilibet’s Braided Red Hair Leaves Fans Stunned

Meghan Markle delighted royal fans after showcasing Princess Lilibet‘s vibrant red hair in Thanksgiving photos from a community kitchen visit in Los Angeles.

Although the U.S.-based royal family has shared only rare glimpses of their children, both the young princess and her brother, Prince Archie, clearly inherit their father, Prince Harry‘s ginger locks.

Meghan Markle also recently reflected on working motherhood and her hopes for her kids in Harper’s Bazaar.

Royal fans can’t stop swooning over Princess Lilibet’s vibrant red hair after Meghan showcased it in new Thanksgiving photos.

The four-year-old, who clearly takes after her father, Harry, joined her parents and older brother, Prince Archie, 6, at a Los Angeles community kitchen ahead of the holiday.

In a montage shared by Meghan, the family visited Our Big Kitchen as part of the Archewell Foundation’s efforts, helping prepare meals for residents facing food insecurity.

The little princess appeared beside her mom in a charming red tartan dress, her face turned away from the camera, but her long, copper-toned locks braided beneath a hat, immediately catching attention online.

Fans of the royal couple quickly took to X to praise Princess Lilibet’s striking hair color, with many noting its resemblance to her dad’s.

“How I love Lili’s hair colour!” one wrote, while another said, “Lilibet’s red hair is so beautiful.”

A third user reminisced: “I miss the days when mine were that young. The Christmas dresses!!!”

Harry and Meghan have only shared selective glimpses of their children over the years, but both Archie and Lilibet have inherited their father’s iconic ginger hue.

Recently, the siblings appeared in an October 26 Instagram video carving pumpkins at home. Days earlier, Meghan honored International Day of the Girl by posting a sweet hand-in-hand moment with Lilibet and a short clip of the little princess running across the lawn.

Meghan has also celebrated Lilibet’s milestones publicly. For her fourth birthday in June, the duchess shared a touching photo of Harry walking hand-in-hand with their daughter and another throwback image of him cradling her as a newborn.

“The sweetest bond to watch unfold,” she wrote. “Daddy’s little girl and favorite adventurer.”

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar on November 19, Meghan opened up about life as a working mother. She revealed that her home office sits beside the kitchen, which means Lilibet often climbs into her lap mid-meeting, whether she’s discussing financials for her brand or brainstorming creative ideas.

Reflecting on what she hopes her children learn from watching her work, Meghan shared, “I hope they see the value of being brave.”

She noted that motherhood means constantly watching her kids tackle new challenges: “I watch them face things that feel completely insurmountable every day. But you can remember and say, ‘I know it seems really hard right now, but trust me, that’s going to come so easily soon.’”

“I can give myself the same grace as a founder. There’s no such thing as perfect. I, too, get to make mistakes,” Meghan added.
