HempWell expands into Harrogate with third CBD store

The new store is located next to the Harrogate Theatre on Oxford Street.

The family-owned business based out of the Science Park on the University of York campus reports huge success with its seed-to-shelf CBD products.

This follows the success of its other retail stores in York and Brighton.

In addition to CBD products, the Harrogate store will also offer a range of popular vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements and will soon have a treatment area where customers can book reflexology sessions to use their favourite CBD products such as HempWell’s massage oils, topical creams and muscle balms.

CBD, also known as Cannabidiol, is an extract from the hemp plant that is widely used to help with joint and muscle pain, anxiety and sleep issues. CBD is legal in the UK and HempWell are registered as an authorised CBD manufacturer and retailer with the Food Standards Agency.

HempWell says its business is unique in that every bottle and jar that leaves Hempwell’s facilities begins with their own crops.

The company grows its hemp in Sicily and Bulgaria, harvests it, and produces all its CBD oils and creams at their two production laboratories in York Science Park.

This full-circle production means Hempwell’s team knows every stage of its process, from the first seed planted to the final label applied.
