Ready for a killer NO JUMPING workout? Burn calories with these low-impact full-body cardio and strength exercises! Grab your mat, no equipment needed, and follow along team!! We’re going to tone & sweat together 💦💪🏼 Let’s do it!

▸ Muscles Worked: Full Body Cardio + Strength
▸ Time: 30 Min

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

2. Cardio + Strength Workout 04:35 – 29:35

    I hav NEVER EVER had a workout that kicked my ass like this not even running and rollerblading this shit had me DEAD awesome workout highly recommend I can't wait to do this for about 3 weeks and then switch to weights!👀

    This was great! Even my back is sweating even though we didn't do any jumping in this workout! Good workout after I wasn't able to workout for almost 2 weeks (had a cold and was very busy 🙁 )

    a few days ago, i could only do this exercise for 20 minutes, and i even sweated a bit back then. but today, i did the whole thing and i SWEAT like CRAZYYY 😭 i lost count of how many drops of sweat there were, lol. it’s so effective, i mean i was drenched in sweat and exhausted. it seems like it’s going to work. (and after this video, i did a 10-minute stretching routine and i was still sweating :D)
