How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..     wow i don't know what voodoo magic Ms Shirlyn Kim did but her workouts were always so easy but ended up draining me a lot compare to other youtuber's workout which's also tiring but surely was a lot more difficult than this😢😢. I love your workouts so much!!!

    Doing this workout because my body is unhealthy:P
    (Ps, already started yesterday along with 2 other workouts from Shirlyn !!)
    Goal: 40kg (I think I’m 57kg?)

    Day 1: ✅ Easy, left me really sweaty
    Day 2: ✅ Same as yesterday !!
    Tip: I recommend singing along to your fav songs, it distracts me from the exhaustion
    Day 3: ✅ Only fully completed only 1/3 workouts, almost finished this one 😔 wasn’t really feeling it today

    Day 4: Found a different workout plan, so i sadly wont be doing shirlyns workouts anymore😔 But i hope ny comment encouraged you to keep going !!! Obviously i havent seen any changes since its only been 3 days, but they definitely got easier. Btw, the 2 other workouts i was doing was the 10 minute full body workout, and 15 minute pilates

    After a week i have lost like 0.5/0.6 kg, I haven't been on a diet but I have been eating three meals a day, I don't think I will continue with this workout but I will do others by Shirlyn Kim💞

    Hello, I have to lose some weight, so I'll be doing this & the other cardio workout that also loses 3kg a week. So let's start, and also, I love your workouts, Shirlyn 🌸🌸.

    Day 1 ✅️
    My start weigh is 68.0kg.
    My current goal is 60kg, although my actual goal is around 45kg. (Side note: I am also doing Jeon Somi's banana diet for a week, but fridays are foodie days) That's it for today. See you tomorrow. ><!!

    Day 2 ✅️
    I haven't done the workout yet, but I am 67.3kg today, and I couldn't be happier. Although I have to admit I couldn't poop, so maybe it is lower?? Either way, I am happy for today!!.

    Update : I just pooped, I looked at my weight again. I am actually 66.9kg. ^^

    ANOTHER MINI UPDATE : I did it, and I LOVED it. See you guys tomorrow!!. 🌸🌸

    I weigh myself, and I am 66.9kg. I honestly think I am lower, but I am constipated, so I can't poop, so we will never know, lol. 🌸🌸

    Buuut, I gotta admit today that I didn't do the banana diet, but I did eat healthy (and I did eat snacks aswell hehe >:3.)

    Weight rn- 122.6lbs
    Day1(today/Jun25) – ✅
    Day2(Jun 26)- ✅ (I also was outside riding my bike for 40 mins)
    Day3 (Jun 27th) – ✅ (I ate fast food today)
    Day 4 (Jun 28th) – ✅(I did it two times today and took breaks in between)
    Day 5 (Jun 29th) – ✅ (This time this workout hurts )😭
    Day 6(Jun 30th) – ✅
    Day7(Jul 1st) – ❌(I woke up late and was busy w cooking)
    Day 8 (Jul 2nd) – ✅(I did it two times)
    Day 9(Jul 3rd) – ✅ (I didn't give my full energy/ try that hard)
    Day 10 (Jul 4th) – ❌
    Day 11 (Jul 5th) – ✅ (I'm on my period. So to make up for yesterday when I'm no longer on my period I'll do two) (I also did not try on this one as well) (I also had to take long breaks in between some exercise)
    Day 12(Jul 6th) – ❌(I'll just do two tomorrow and two the day after)
    Day 13(Jul 7th) -✅ (I did two!!)
    Day 14th (Jul 8th) – ❌ (Hurricane)
    Day 1th( Jul 9th) – ❌ (I think I'll quit since I don't see results + I've tried eating less and when I did eat a lot I worked out two times)

    my goal was always to be skinny i always stressed about how much i ate and how much i burned, but its useless as it lows down my metabolism so i plan to eat well healthy and exercise well as i burn fat and build muscles, it takes time, but the feeling of being healthy is wonderful i really really enjoy your workouts and pilates ♥♥

30 minute Full Body Strength Workout | Strength Training for Seniors and Beginners



This is a strength training workout created for seniors and beginners who want to start lifting weights for an at home workout. Each of the exercises is explained for seated or standing exercises. We are into week 9 & 10 but you could also start with this program if you know the basics of strength training. Each exercise is explained to ensure you do the exercises properly with good form. By lifting weights, you’ll become stronger, leaner and more fit. Ideally, as the repetitions get easier over time, start to use a heavier weight to always see improvements.
