Thanks for the tips man. I’m a student without any cybersecurity background and I joined Ms in Cybersecurity on July 2024 and internship applications are already open for summer 2025. Now as I just started my college and just beginning my learning what am I supposed to put on my resume while applying? How can I attract recruiters. I feel it requires min of 6 months to skill up and be ready for basic cybersecurity internships. How should I fill this bridge or should I just skip the internship part and concentrate on my learning? I need help with this. It’s stressing me out.

I've been in the cybersecurity field for 15 years and I can honestly say that this was very informative. I started as a Security Analyst with my Security+ and started to learn more hands-on skills. From there, worked my way up to a Senior Security Engineer. Upskilling yourself is so important and keeping up with your journey to show companies that you are well verse in the field is important as well. Thank you for this video!

I am trying and in this boot camp that never showed me how to do my ilabs for eccouncil. I am so lost in doing my end project for CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601). The end project is what's holding me back from completing the course in its entirety. I did this boot camp which wasn't based in America because it was cheaper. I wish I could of went with Google instead. I couldn't afford the course on a campus where it could of been hands on. I totally need help. I will totally pay someone to help me and train me how to use kali or any virtual box to do my ilabs and finish my end project. This is so stressful. Almost wished I never ventured.

There are a lot of concepts to remember in this certifications, like knowing about CIA triad or security architectures. However, for future references, should I focus more on concept or more on technical skills like Linux and SQL?

Rackmount Solutions: KVMs Overview (Keyboard, Video, Mouse)

Quick overview on KVM’s. KVM stands for keyboard, video, mouse. You also have KVM switches that allow you to “switch” from server to server at the press of a button while still using the same KVM. If you want a keyboard, video, mouse, and switch all packaged nice and neat together, you’d be looking for a KVM Combo.

Because of the many options – to assist your search for the perfect KVM, Rackmount Solutions created the “KVM Product Finder”. This tool helps narrow your search by KVM type, connectors, number of Consoles, number of ports and size of monitor.

In less than a minute you can select the exact product for your project without the hassle of navigating from page to page going through a checklist of the components you need.

The other option for finding the best KVM solution is by calling one of our experienced account managers – who are ready and willing to help at all times.
