I started this workout mid june and today is 31 August..on the day i started my weight was 85 kg..i followed two sessions of emi's workout…both were 30 minutes..i did 1 for 3 days and other one for 3 days..sunday was my cheat day..i used to eat anything i wanted on sunday except sugar or any other sugar drinks…i eat both meals everyday…and her workouts…i lost 25 kgs in these 2 months…im now 60 and my goal is around 45 or 50..to everyone out there stressing over weight loss..u should not focus on weight loss but a healthy weight loss…..i focused on how much intake of calories i have a day snd how much should i burn…make a disciplined weight loss chart and start…u will surely achieve ur goals

Recién probé esta rutina por diversión, los primeros minutos fueron divertidos y pensé que esta rutina era muy facil, hasta 24:00 que me comencé a retractar de lo dicho, aguante hasta cuatro minutos más y ya estaba sudada y muy agitada, tuve que hacer una pausa de tres minutos y volver a completar la rutina 🔥❤

Legs are most difficuilt to do.. I even tried doing butt before the legs and it was way more difficuilt..I am forced to stop midway

🔥 Day 1:-Today i was really exhausted, so could only do the first set , but will surely complete it tomorrow!

Day 1: ✅ complete, it wasn’t that bad at the start, but it got more intense at the end, it really did burn though,but I got through it, feeling good x
