    I've been on a strict diet for about a month, and I've been doing this exercise for about a week. I have lost 5 kg in the past month. But today when i wanted to do this, i felt really weak. I couldn't do the exercises as good as i used to. I gave up when 10 seconds was left and my heart rate was so high. Anyone knows why this happens to me? I dont have any problem. How can i fix this and go back to exercising hard like i used to?

Join in for a 30 minute TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Today I’ll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose whichever weights suit you best. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. As a bonus, there is a warm up and cool down included in todays routine.
