EXTREME Tabata HIIT Workout - No Repeat + No Equipment | EPIC III Day 35



60 exercises! No repeat! Tabata style timer! Short work period! Short rest! Ready to get sweaty?!

All you will need is a lot of energy, your body well warmed up, a bottle of water and towel handy and your mat!

The timer will be on for 20 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds rest inbetween!

There are 60 exercises! But these are programmed to create a flow through the workout.

This was fast paced but I loved it!! One of my favourite HIIT workouts I think! I really enjoyed knowing the next exercise is different!

Super sweaty but as with all high intensity work, the hardest part is just getting started! Afew reps in and you’re on your way!

    Hey Caroline, I just want you to know that you've helped someone who's had the roughest year of their life so far. Here we go… 30 min Full Body HIIT Workout at Home!!!…. It is that time of the week after all where we make sure our shoes are tied in a double knot… we have turned off the heating… and mentally prepared ourselves for a super intense session knowing that when we finish, we realise we enjoyed every single minute of it!!🤩

Today’s HIIT is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest. No repeat!! I know many of you love the no repeat so this is a treat!!

Ensure you have a bottle of water ready, you will also need a mat.

Below are the exercises we will work through…. just want to mention if find your don’t need the full 20 seconds rest, you need to work harder!😉👌🏼
