Get ready for a full-body strength-training workout with Nike Global Master Trainer Betina Gozo. This workout includes circuits to work every muscle. Grab a pair of medium weights, anywhere from 8 to 20 pounds, and get ready for a challenge with a series of exercises including tempo squats, single-leg deadlifts, and skaters. After this workout, you’ll feel strong, sculpted, and just the right amount of sore.

    I remember exercising with this video 15 months ago, this was a day or two after my doctor told me that she was going to put me on cholesterol and diabetes RX. I told her not to prescribe me any RX and that i knew what to do to get my health back on track. I watched this video and felt great. I’ve been working out now for 15 months and wanted to watch this video again because this reminds me of the first day that I started working out. This video will always be special to me. ❤

    yeah still amazing! I wanted to go easy on my knees cause they akways feel wonky after workouts with jump lunges but…. they moved me to go for it on the last 2 rounds 😅 hope my knees don’t hate me for it! Lungs got the workout for sure!

    Listening to these 2 go back and forth is ridiculous it’s honestly aggravating AF THEIR EGOS ARE BIGGER THAN THE HOUSE 😅 great workout though at first I found there chatter funny but after doing this workout 50 times trust me it’s nuts just listen girl in purple super jealous of the girl in yellow lmao

    First time I tried this I did it with 5lbs dumbbells (around 2021). Returning to it with 10lbs!! Love this workout! 💪🏼💪🏼

40 MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT - Arms, Shoulders, Chest, Back | Complex Series - Day 2



Shoulders! Back! Chest! Arms! Core! A demanding 40 minute upper body workout using primarily dumbbells for resistance to build strength and muscular endurance! Focus and intensity will be needed!

Rowing, pressing, curling, raising and pushing combined to work the entire upper body!

For this upper body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! A yoga block/thick book is an option for the single side renegade rows to place non working side on but this is not necessary! It will allow for more stability and greater range of movement!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 8kg each.

Each complex is performed for 3 minutes duration with 30 seconds rest in between before moving to next complex!

Bent over row x10
Push ups x10

Chest press x15
Diamond press x15

Renegade row x10
Same side supine row x10

Alternating lateral raise x10

Flyes x10
Diamond press x10

One side shoulder press x5
Curl to press x5

I felt amazing after this!! That will be our legs and upper body completely worked over the last two days!!
