South Korea Seeks Arrest Warrant for President Yoon

South Korean investigators have applied for a warrant to arrest impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol, after he repeatedly declined to appear for questioning over his martial law declaration. Ellen Kim, Senior Fellow and Korea Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, says she sees a “concerning scenario” of the opposition-led National Assembly seeking to impeach Yoon’s entire cabinet.
