Day 2 ✅ (I did half of the workouts and substituted the rest for other workouts since it was late and I got tired 😭

Goal :- 60 “ small goals”
Day 1 :- did till set 2 was not able to complete the whole workout (I will go swimming in the evening to make up for this ) my legs hurt😢

completed the workout and it is INTENSE, i dont know how this would be beginner friendly for those doing workouts first time, you move so fast to next workout part even Chloe was confused in the video so thumbs down for that but for advanced people this was alright
