    I didn't have light enough DB for Triceps Kickback so I used my own bodyweight but my arm was still burning and for some I did single handed version as 15kg for each DB in the lateral raise is way too crazy.

    If I don't go to the gym are these workouts sufficient (alongside other full body workouts) for developing toned arms

    Those super sets are no joke! I quickly regretted using a heavier weight on some of those exercises. Other than that this was a great upper body workout.

    It was refreshing to do something new other than my usual FB Mass/Strong program. A new program "FB Strong 2" would be AWESOME.

    Love, love, love this workout! 💖 Sometimes it's nice to do just a straight-up strength workout, no frills, just pumping out the reps 👍💪🏻 This is the way we build strength and definition in our muscles. Woo hoo, I might be sore tomorrow, especially from those side lat pullovers! It doesn't take much weight to fatigue those muscles at all, in that position! 💪🏻🔥

    7/7/22 – phew! That was intense! This was a new workout structure for me; usually favouring the bored easily ones. However, the 3 rounds allowed me to attempt with a slightly heavier weight, with the option of keeping the weight or going to lower weights for the next round(s). This may not be a sweaty workout, but I daresay the effects are almost immediate – I feel sore triceps already! Nice! 💪🏼
