U.S. Industrial Production Rose in September
Industrial output in the U.S. increased in September, partially retracing an August slump, the Federal Reserve said Wednesday.
In September, output of U.S. industry grew by 0.1%, after by falling by 0.3% the month before, the Fed said. The report was delayed by the government shutdown because though the Fed remained open, its figures rely on data from government agencies that were closed.
