I was feeling confident about this workout until we hit the 20% mark 😅! I was already winded at that point. Burned 328 calories. Great workout as always.

Completed on a hot a sweaty afternoon in Wales! I’m away with my husband and kept saying ‘I’ll do it later… I’ll do it later’

OMG ! I just finished this challenge for the second time, what an amazing journey!! I never thought burpees would become one of my fav exercises haha, I used to panic whenever I see burpees , now I really enjoy doing them. I'm still struggling a bit with push ups tbh but I won't give up . thank you so much Anna for this amazing challenge. I'm gonna do the hit it harder challenge next.
