✔️ Perform Each Cardio Tabata Exercise for 20 Seconds, Followed by 10 Seconds Rest

This has been my go-to full body my entire pregnancy. I tell myself, "If she can do it, SO CAN I!" Can't say thank you enough for these workouts keeping me active and healthy before, during, and after pregnancy!

😅😅😅😅😅 I must admit, this was the most challenging workout I have done by you yet. I was feeling a little nauseous throughout, but kept going.

Would you say that if you feel good and have ok from your doctor all exercises from this workout are safe for all trimesters? Many thanks for your response and great workout 🤩 I loved the more complex moves + working one side at a time👌

I would love to see updated kettlebell workouts but would love single movement options, I'm so uncoordinated that added steps into moves leaves me getting all muddled up hahah 😂

Thank you for all these pregnancy friendly workouts, its been really helpful during my first pregnancy! Love that they are pregnancy safe workouts with lots of optional modifications but are still definitely challenging 💪🏻

Great work out! I love kettlebells too! For those of us later in pregnancy, can you please recommend an alternative/modification to the push up/pass sequence? Thank you!
