    What I don't like about your training that add all these hard movements together! As you know exercise shouldn't hurt you, I would like to add one hard and one a little easier to really get the benefit of all the movements! I hope your new ones consider some thoughtful movements!

    Wow really appreciate you two! I love the workouts and your personalities. For me I love even more that your both modest and dressed well. Too many fitness people dress as If they are in a swim suit magazine with body parts exposed and flopping all over. That distraction isn't needed. Thanks again!
