40 MIN Summer Shred HIIT is exactly as it sounds! Get the heart pumping & sweat drippin’ team! Starting with a warmup, then straight into HIIT fat-burning exercises, finishing with a well-deserved cooldown… I promise you’ll feel amazing! Who’s ready to get super sweaty? šŸ’¦šŸ’¦ Let’s do it!!
