Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This 45 min yoga practice is great for the lower back and the HIPS! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.

BEASTMODE LEG DAY – Intense Leg Workout with Dumbbells | Day 1
Yes! It’s Beastmode LEG DAY!
Focusing on the quads however hamstrings and glutes will be involved throughout!
For this lower body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a yoga block/thick book (optional as this is simply to target the quads that bit more during squats and for greater range of motion in rear step lunges), a chair for Bulgarian lunges and a wall for yes… wall sits!
The dumbbells I am using are 12.5kg each.
Each exercise will be performed for 4 sets!
There is only one exercise within this workout that pops up only 3 times and is performed for only 1 set at a time; a 90 second wall sit! 🔥🔥🔥
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest throughout!

Remember that losing weight is a process, don't push yourself too hard. I lost fat and gained muscle, and my belly gradually became smaller after 2 weeks. I exercise 5 times a day. This is my routine.

+In the afternoon, I will practice Emi's exercise. I will do this exercise for 5 days and another lighter exercise for the remaining 2 days of the week.
+In the evening I will do light stretching.
Remember to stretch your muscles all over the body after doing Emi's exercise and combine it with a suitable diet. You can exercise a little but you must definitely control your diet. I don't diet too harshly. I calculated my TDEE and still ate 5 meals a day, 3 main meals and 2 snacks in the afternoon and fruit for a late night snack before going to bed. I still eat carbs and meat is great as long as you calculate your TDEE and learn to be in a calorie deficit. Losing weight can still eat well.
Exercise, but do it in a way that suits you and you feel you really need it. Listen to yourself and practice in a way that doesn't make you feel stressed every time it's time to exercise.

If this exercise is too difficult for you, instead of doing it fast like Emi, you can change the speed to become slower. Take a break for 2 seconds when you feel too much pain. Practice in a way that suits you. I also stopped a lot, but after practicing slowly, I was able to practice completely. Wishing you a healthy and beautiful body as desired.

I am 77kg i can't jump, so i gonna do this thank you emi🥹❤️ god bless you, during covid break you and chloe ting you helped me to lose 25kgs but one year ago i gained it due to depression now i want a transformation

But I'm not on any diet I eat normally i ate sugars also not much but yess i ate
