    I was in a wheelchair 8 months ago. I didn't think I'd walk again, much less workout ever again. I had surgery on my spinal cord and started walking again. I was so depressed because I couldn't find any exercises that didn't aggravate my nerves. I was used to being very active and fit prior to my injury. I'm so glad I found these videos because my body responds really well to them. My nerves feel better, I'm getting sore, and my mental well-being is better.

    Hi, I have been doing this low impact work out for about three years now; 5 days a week, however, last week all of a sudden my GERD recurred. And now that I feel a lot better, I want to get back on track and start doing this work out again. My question is, is this work out ok for people with GERD like me? Please help. Because doing this work out for three years without stopping has been the most committed thing I have ever done. (so far 😬)

    As a new Personal trainer and Nutritionist. This is the perfect workout for me. I have 90% of my right knee taken out, and i love how i dont have to give up doing HIITS. I get to learn new skills for my clients and target my own weightloss journey. I graduated while pregnant. Can't wait till my son gets old enough to share this with him.
