    I've been so anxious to do weights at the gym because idk what I'm doing and feel so self conscious so I bought a pair of dumbells and ready to give it a go at home with this workout thank youu. I've struggled to find beginner ones so this is great and that I can follow along x

    I have never enjoyed working out but since I found this particular workout in June I get up every morning and do it. I have tried other Body Fit workouts but I keep coming back to this one. Amy is the first person I see every morning and so enjoy working out now. Thank you!
