UNSTOPPABLE Upper Body Workout – Arms, Shoulders & Back | EPIC Heat – Day 46
The back, shoulders and arms targeted within giant sets! Dumbbell compound and isolation exercises to build strength and muscle!
For this upper body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, your mat and a yoga block as an option to use during renegade rows for extra comfort if preferred!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 8kg each!
The timer will be on for 45 seconds per exercise, with 45 seconds rest between each giant set!
It is no repeated exercises so every exercise is different!

I understand it’s not her fault, but I was really hoping to do at least 2 miles, was interrupted with a 75 second break, normally 30 secs is bad enough, so I stopped and did a cool down. Little bit ticked, needed to vent, so thanks.

Was not a fan of this video. It is spliced in a way that does not keep your heart rate where it needs to be. It bounces back and forth between cool down routines and higher intensity. Her cues were off just like in some of her other videos, because she talks too much.
This video felt more like a sorority sister special. Gave me a headache to listen to the almost non-stop gab fast. The only good thing about this video is it included a proper cool down, whereas in the Miracle Miles one it doesn't include a good cool down because parts of that segment are cut out. Thought cool downs were just as important as the exercise routines. I think I'll pass on the hen and cackle club videos.

i want to become a trainer of this fitness walking. how to do it? somebody can help me. I am from chennai (India). I am already an yoga teacher. I want to start this fitness walking training also. I love it actually. I am following it up for the past 2 years.
