    I wish Alexis has a small pause to change the posture immediately…becomes a little difficult to follow… great flexibility and great workout… took me 56 mins to finish…

    My readiness score was low today, but it wasn’t my rest day so I wanted to get a workout in. I wanted to find a low impact one that wouldn’t put too much stress on my body. This was by far one of the funnest most achievable workouts I’ve ever done! And I burned 340 calories during it! I will be saving this and looking into their other workouts! Bravo, so well put together.😁

    That's a spicy one! Tons of good cardio, but I feel fully worked from head to toe with some good resistance too! Good for a day when I'm ready to do a bit more!

    Took a week off to help my 6 year recover from surgery. Did not mean to click on a 45 minute workout to start back up, but I'm so glad I did!

    I found this channel by chance and started practicing because I saw that there were fat people like me, I thought if they can do it, I can too. But today I found the skinny woman very confusing, if I hadn't been watching the woman in yellow, I would have given up. I'm not English and the man explains it better. Thanks.

    I came across these videos a few months ago. I like the fact that they are free, no asking to sign up or send so much money to join in with the workouts. I also like the fact that real people are exercising..no super skinny shapely folks. I also like Daniel…what an instructor…he makes it fun and doesn't down people for being overweight or not being able to keep up. I have downloaded quite a few of these videos. I feel bad when I miss a day😢

    This girl made me lose my concentration after I was very active and focused with the coach. She started jumping, jumping, jumping, and I felt like she was going to fly.     1st third of this workout good, verbal queues then into action. Other 2 thirds turned into a look at me try and keep up as I do quick changes then tell you what I'm doing. Delete this one.
