Weight : 73 Kgs
Day 1 : ✅
Day 2 : ✅
Day 3 : ✅ some cramps; but absolutely fine
Day 4: ✅ I am adding other exercises from Roberta’s channel
*One day break *
Day 5 : ✅
Day 6: ✅ will update my weight/appearance after 21 days, already seeing some slight difference in look.
** Had two days break due to work**
Day 7 : Done
** couple of days off **
Day 8: ✅
Day 20 : ✅
I was continuously following Roberta on regular basis ( extended to her other videos as well)
Now I am at 70.5 Kgs & overall can feel the difference in shape.
Reduced 2.5 Kgs + lot of inches. This definitely works. Keep going
