    you could honestly rename this pracitce pilates for drivers because I've been driving more than I'm used to the last few days and this was INCREDIBLE for my achey legs and hips <3

    Oh Nicole, your classes are my new obsession! I recently turned 50, was a late mamma, so having young ones has put 'me' time on a bit of a back burner! I find it hard to find the time to go to classes, so online has worked out perfect and i wish i'd thought of this years ago. I'm now in my 2nd month of doing your exercises every day, my body is my own again! My shape is back, my joints no longer ache, but more importantly I'm me again! Thanks Nicole, you're amazing ❤

Who’s ready for the 40 MIN HIIT Post-Challenge Workout Party?! 🥳🥳🥳 I made this Full Body, Cardio based HIIT workout especially for all of you who have crushed the HIIT IT HARDER Challenge over the past 28 days 👏🏼 It’s a combination of all my favourite HIIT exercises from the challenge. Bring your energy and your good vibes, let’s smash another super sweaty workout together! Let’s do it!!

▸ Muscles Worked: Arms, Abs, Legs, Chest, Back and Shoulders
▸ Time: 40 Min
▸ Equipment: No Equipment

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

▸ Anna’s Tip of the Day: Get comfortable with feeling challenged, it means you’re growing 💪🏼
