30 MIN Full body Pilates workout  // Strengthen and Toning  | 14 Day Full Body Challenge



Hi guys,

Welcome to our first week of wellness month! Some of you might remember that during quarantine I completed a Pilates Teacher training course together with my friend Jason. I am excited to share more Pilates workouts on the channel soon. This is one of my first ” classes” so bear with me on any mistakes! Practice makes perfect they say!

Pilates has really helped me tone my body and strengthen all the small muscles. I find this to be a great way to train strength, balance and core and hope you do too!

One of my personal goals during this month is to get stronger than I have ever been. What is your goal for wellness month?     Wow. This is actually the best Pilates workout I’ve ever done. I definitely feel like I worked all my muscles and but I don’t feel completely exhausted or sore. Thank you so much for this video!!! 😭☺️🤗

    I love this and why am I just now seeing this. I could barely hear Sami when she was talking. But then I realized you had a mic on and she did not. Great workout!

    Okay, okay, okay, listen to me… Three-week update: I've been doing this workout twice a week for three weeks, along with a little bit of cardio, and OMG, I can see some difference. I still don't have abs, but my whole body is slightly toned. I am a skinny (skinny fat) girl with no shape at all, and I can see a little bit of shape on me. I notice it through my clothes. 🤩🤩 I am so happy and proud of myself and very grateful to this gorgeous girl who made this pilates workout 🥰🥰

    btw I am 18 years old ☺️

    Day 1- my body is vibrating, I'm literally weak in my legs at the end.😂
    Day 2- better than yesterday, did it right? 😅
    Day 3- ✅
    Day 4 – It feels great after doing it! Knee hurts while doing it though 🥲
    Day 5 – ❌
    Day 6 – ✅ it's really great, I Like how she clarifies do's and don'ts.
