Burn calories and build lean muscle with the BEST Workout For Women! It’s my GO-TO Strength and HIIT Workout when I’m working out at home, and perfect for busy women who want an efficient workout that doesn’t take up too much time!

THE BEST FULL BODY WORKOUT. This workout is truly my ‘go-to’ when I’m in need an efficient, total body sweat session at home — 9 of my favorite dumbbell exercises in a challenging, full body workout.

It’s HARD, but effective. I offer plenty of modification for all fitness levels.

► EQUIPMENT:Medium set of dumbbells. I’m using 12 lb dumbbells in this workout video.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 9 Exercises
✔️ 3 Sets in Time Drop Format ( SET 1: 45 seconds work, followed by 15 seconds of rest, SET 2: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest, SET 3: 35 seconds work, 25 seconds rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1. Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch + Overhead Reverse Lunge – Right
2. Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch + Overhead Reverse Lunge – Left
3. Split Lunge Jumps
4. Push Ups
5. Sumo Squat + Curl
6. Plyo Squat Jack
7. Tricep Extensions + Glute Bridge
8. Dumbbell Overhead Pull + Leg Lift

    Thank you for your comments about taking rest when needed. I was supposed to do this workout yesterday but after a late night Sunday night, my body needed the rest yesterday. I was trying to psych myself up to do both yesterday and today's workout but I. am. beat. 4 months postpartum and getting stronger every day thanks to you Lindsey.

    Fantastic workout!! Hard but effective and I really burned it out! I normally hate burpees but I did better on my last set of burpees with less time then the first set lol! Feeling accomplished and motivated as a momma of 4 at home with all the kids during this time. Thank you!!!

    I love the intensity…easy is not for me whether pregnant or not pregnant..

    When I was 12, I got hit with 5 autoimmune diseases and more. None of it was diagnosed for 39 years. A year ago, under the careful care of a fabulous doctor of functional medicine, I got scraped off the floor. With the ability to stay standing, I started following Lindsey. Now, I'm going on 7 mile hikes and keeping up with the thirty year olds going uphill while smoking my age group. I attribute that final piece to NML, in full. Never give up! 🦾🙏❤
