✔️ 3 Sets in Time Drop Format ( SET 1: 45 seconds work, followed by 15 seconds of rest, SET 2: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest, SET 3: 35 seconds work, 25 seconds rest)

Thank you for your comments about taking rest when needed. I was supposed to do this workout yesterday but after a late night Sunday night, my body needed the rest yesterday. When I was 12, I got hit with 5 autoimmune diseases and more. None of it was diagnosed for 39 years. A year ago, under the careful care of a fabulous doctor of functional medicine, I got scraped off the floor. With the ability to stay standing, I started following Lindsey. Now, I'm going on 7 mile hikes and keeping up with the thirty year olds going uphill while smoking my age group. I attribute that final piece to NML, in full. Never give up! 🦾🙏❤
