WATCH: Senator-Judge Vicente “Tito” Sotto III on Monday, July 20, called on presiding officer Chiz Escudero to refer the manifestations of Senator-Judges Robin Padilla, Erwin Tulfo and Alan Peter Cayetano to the Senate proper instead of the impeachment court.

This comes after Padilla raised in his manifestation that the Office of the Ombudsman had accused him of not submitting his counter-affidavit in relation to the obstruction of justice complaint filed against him.

Tulfo responded to the former’s statement and asked senator-judges to refrain from using manifestations for statements that are unrelated to the impeachment case being tried. #VPOnTrial
