Appeal for missing girl with links across East Lancs and GM
Caitlin, 15, was last seen in the Church Street area of Burnley at around 4.45pm on Wednesday (December 10) but has not been seen since.
She is described as being 5ft 10in tall with black hair which is usually worn in a ponytail, and has a few freckles on her face.
Caitlin, who has links to Bury, Bolton, Oldham, Manchester city centre, and Birmingham, was last seen wearing a brown puffer jacket, a black corset-style top, grey jeans, and brown New Balance trainers, with a Marc Jacobs bag.
Police said they know that she asks strangers to borrow their phone when making contact with friends.
They also said they are concerned for Caitlin’s welfare.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: “If you have assisted Caitlin in this way [letting her use your phone], please make contact with us as soon as possible.
“We would also appeal to Caitlin directly, if she sees this, to please contact the police and let us know you are okay.”
