Welcome to 35 minutes Kickboxing inspired HIIT Music Combo Version 2.0

No timer this time, we gonna do all the moves by following the beat of music. No equipment is needed and minimum rest in between, this set of workout aims to raise the heart rate up to a point where it helps to burn stubborn fats effectively. It’s won’t be easy and intense, but it will be worth it. Let’s have some fun.

    17mins only, i seldom train cardio mostly on buffing training and this kills me overall its great to feel my heart pumping as long as i can remember

    This exercise really crazy. I've never did any workout that's so intense 🙈 even tho I did I managed to finish all on time but for this it took me almost an hour to finish all lmao
