    In Sachen „Flexibilität“ es wird vom Mitarbeiter verlangt aber der betrieb sagt „nein“ hmm

    Heutzutage arbeite beide Elternteile – bzw. müssen- vor 20 Jahren war das noch anders! Deshalb fehlen die ganzen Fachkräfte, weil es einfach nicht mehr machbar ist, das nur noch ein Elternteil arbeiten geht!

    Da bringt die Zuwanderung von Fachkräften nix und die Einstellung auch Nix… das Grund Problem sollte gelöst werden, die steigenden Kosten und der nicht steigende Lohn !
    Grundkosten an Grundbedürfnissen (ob Unternehmer oder privat) wenn die nicht gesenkt werden und die oberen noch reicher werden ohne zu verzichten, funktioniert gar nichts mehr irgendwann…

    Die kleinen Brauch man und bringen das Geld, nie vergessen ! Sind die weg, steht alles. Die oberen haben nur Ideen noch reicher zu werden !

    Solange es 18 jährige gibt, die als Berufswunsch "Bürgergeld-Empfänger" angeben, kann das ja nichts werden. Arbeit MUSS sich lohnen!
    Das heißt nicht unbedingt, dass die Löhne steigen sollen, sondern das Bürgergeld gekürzt! Ich habe z.B. effektiv, 400 Euro zum Leben, bei 35 Stunden, da wäre es doch rechnerisch leichter, Bürgergeld zu beziehen, fürs Nix-Tun….oder? (weiblich, keine Kinder, Single, Schwerbehindert muss ich noch hinzufügen, und ich arbeite trotzdem, ohne jegliche Hilfe vom Staat).
    Da kann man doch auch Jugendlichen "zumuten", zu arbeiten.
    Das Problem liegt nicht an den Löhnen, sondern am Bürgergeld. Das außerdem mehr und mehr Leute bekommen, die gar keine Bürger sind, oder, im Fall von Jugendlichen, nie ins Sozialsystem eingezahlt haben. Ist doch klar, dass niemand mehr Bock auf Arbeit hat, wenn es auch alles umsonst gibt (und teilweise sogar mehr!)
    Wir müssen nicht mehr für die Jugendlichen tun (Verweichlichung: vielleicht wars nicht das richtige…..) Sie sollen erstmal lernen, zu arbeiten und für sich selbst zu sorgen, die ganzen "Facharbeiter" die sich um die psychische Gesundheit sorgen, bräuchte man nicht, entzöge man den Arbeitsunwilligen sämtliches Geld fürs Ausgeben.(Wohnung etc., davon spreche ich nicht).
    Bitte schreibt mir eure Meinung.

    Gesetzliche Mindestlohn muss 17,18€ Std/Lohn Netto sein In ganz Deutschland in allen Firmen also ein Nettolohn von 2750€ Netto das wäre nicht schlecht

    Es gibt genug Fachkräfte, jedoch müssen diese ordentlich bezahlt und menschlich behandelt werden, dann müssten sie nicht in die Schweiz oder in andere Länder auswandern.

    Anderen Ländern die Fachkräfte klauen, die aufgrund der Erfahrungen aus Ihrer Heimat alles mit sich lassen machen, weil es in der Heimat noch schlimmer ist, ist nicht die Lösung.

    Mit niedrigen Gehalt,inflation, Geier und gierig Arbeitgeber, die nur auf der suche nach bellige Arbeitskräfte sind. Noch schlimmer gibt es bestimmte frauen in manche Unternehmen die echt nichts tun, die ganzen Tag sind bei kafe trinken und chillen. Das ist fakten….

    Klare Antwort; Wer will Knochen und jobs machen, in denen man ausgebeutet wird und für Hunderlohn arbeiten. Und weil die meisten Deutschen das nicht tun wollen oder mehr tun wollen, holt man immer mehr Leute hierher ,die insbesondere in der Dienstleistung besser auszubeuten sind als wir. Allerdings stelle ich die Behauptung, daß es 2 Millionen offener Stellen gibt und es niemanden gibt, der hier arbeiten könnte, da zu wenig "Fachkräfte " da sind, halte ich für ein Gerücht, da täglich haufenweise nicht nur Betriebe des Mittelstands, sondern sogar große und bekannte Betriebe insolvent sind und all die Mitarbeiter freigesetzt werden oder worden sind. Außerdem machen Restaurants nicht eingeschänkt auf oder ganz zu, sondern überwiegend deshalb, weil es immer weniger <Leute gibt, die sich diese übertriebenen Preise bei Inflation noch leisten können und wegen schwindender Einkünfte die Gastronomen das Personal nicht mehr bezahlen kann.

    Gibt nur zu wenig Geld. Ich will arbeiten aber auch als Fachkraft für mindestens 18€. Hab ne Arbeit aber mit bissle Bürgergeld und sw Arbeit kannste ja mehr machen.

    Das Problem: zuviel Steuergeld geht ins Ausland. EK Steuer 30% Krankenk. 8 % Rentenb. 12% wäre machbar. Dann lohnt sich arbeiten.

    Solange unqualifizierte Flüchtlinge hier den Status von hochqualifizierten Mittelständlern geschenkt bekommen, werden Mieter lieber auch Bürgergeld beantragen, weil es möglich ist! – besser wäre für Zugewanderte, einen Niedriglohn aufstocken zu können, als sich mit Sozialhilfe verkriechen zu müssen ( s.a. Vortrag Prof. Sinn)

    Es gibt keinen Fachkraeftemangel, sondern eine Wohnungs- und eine Niedriglohnkrise. Ich habe mich letztes Jahr in Deutschland beworben. Erste Frage: "Wohnen Sie vor Ort? Nein? Na, dann geht das ja nicht, da der Wohnungsmarkt hier '100% zu ist.'"

    Herr Lanz zum einen sollen "faule Bürgergeldempfänger" extrem schlecht bezahlte Jobs annehmen. Zum anderen sollen Arbeiter nicht um Kindergeld und Mietzuschuss "betteln". … Ich hoffe, er merkt es selber.
    Zum einen jammern viele, dass wir weniger werden, zum anderen ist Familie mit 3 Kindern, die Kindergeld bekommt assozial. Wir kommen in Deutschland weiter wenn einige Leute sich mal selber zuhören

    In Berlin und Potsdam dürfen Sozialarbeiter willkürlich berufe anerkennen, was nichtmal richter dürften, da nichts vorgefallen ist. Andere Gerichte und Richter befürworten diese verfassungswidrigen eingriffe, dulden rechten Terror, in diesem Land wundert mich nichts mehr

    Ich bin gelernte Erzieherin, letzte Tätigkeit in der Eingliederungshilfe. Besser bezahlt als in der Kita, aber den arbeitswahnsinn muss ich hier nicht erklären. Neue Reformen.. Mehr leisten, weniger bekommen. Und wenn dann noch was passiert, wie ein strafrechtlich relevanter Angriff auf Mitarbeiter, kann passieren, aber es unter den Teppich zu kehren als Arbeitgeber ist ne ganz miese Sache. Dauerhaft erkrankt, kein Schmerzensgeld. Ganz ehrlich, dann schafft endlich würdevolle Bedingungen, sodass man noch Leben kann und gesund ins alter kommt. Habe viele engagierte Sozialarbeiter vor die Hunde gehen sehen. Wenn die Rente kommt, dann fällt man tot um. Alles schon erlebt.

    In Minute 8…. Ja wieso sind denn nur noch 3 Servicemitarbeiter da? Wieso sind die anderen nicht mehr da? Wie viel Gehalt würde den gezahlt? Wie waren die Rahmenbedingungen im Arbeitsvertrag? Heutzutage für 15€ zu arbeiten lohnt sich halt für niemanden mehr. Gerade wenn man eine Familie und Eigentum erwerben möchte.
    Die Gewerbesteuer sollte für Selbstständige klein bis Mittelgrosse Betriebe stark gesenkt werden, damit die Betriebe wieder mehr Spielraum für Gehalt etc haben. Auch die immer steigenden Fixkosten (Mieten, Betriebslaufrechterhaltung etc.).

Ron Ely death: Tarzan star with tragic family history dies at 86


Ron Ely, who played Tarzan in an NBC television series from 1966 to 1968, has died. He was 86.

The Texan actor also played the lead role in Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze and was later known for hosting the telecast of the Miss America pageant.

His death was announced by his daughter, Kirsten, in a statement to Fox News Digital. “The world has lost one of the greatest men it has ever known – and I have lost my dad,” she said.

She continued: “My father was someone that people called a hero. He was an actor, writer, coach, mentor, family man and leader. He created a powerful wave of positive influence wherever he went.

“The impact he had on others is something that I have never witnessed in any other person – there was something truly magical about him. This is how the world knew him.”

“I knew him as my dad – and what a heaven sent honor that has been. To me, he hung the moon.”

Ronald Pierce Ely was born in Hereford, Texas on June 21, 1938. He began his screen career with a small role as a Navigator in the 1958 film version of the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical South Pacific.

In 1966, he won the lead role in the Tarzan television series. He portrayed the character as a well-educated man who rejects civilization to return to the African jungle where he was raised. Ely was known for performing all his own stunts in the series, and regularly suffered injuries including two broken shoulders and several lion bites.

Ely’s 6ft 4in height and good looks were also put to use in his starring role in the 1975 pulp action film Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze. In the 1980s he hosted a game show, Face the Music, and twice hosted the Miss America Pageants in 1980 and 1981.

His first marriage, to high school sweetheart Helen Janet Triplet, lasted from 1959 to 1961. He reportedly dated a string of high-profile fellow actors including Ursula Andress, Barbara Bouchet and Britt Ekland.

In 1984 he married a former Miss Florida, Valerie Lundeen, and they had three children: Kirsten, Kaitland, and Cameron.

In October 2019, Lundeen was found stabbed to death at a residential community on the Santa Barbara coast. When police arrived at the scene they shot the couple’s son Cameron 24 times, killing him. Ely later sued the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department, saying they did not attempt to save his family’s lives.
