How Sophie Willan celebrated 2 weeks since her baby was born
The award-winning writer and first-time mum delighted fans with adorable pictures and clips of baby Elijah alongside her partner, chef Carniel Francis Levy.
Sophie also posted sweet moments of herself with the little one, including a cute shot of Elijah clutching a cuddly rabbit.
Sophie wrote: “My boy is two weeks old today.”
Fellow Boltonian Helen Flanagan reacted with a series of heart emojis, while Gaby Roslin posted: “Oh Sophie he is beautiful”.
The award-wining writer announced her pregnancy in May, leaving fans feeling overjoyed as she took to social media to announce the exciting news.
Sophie is best known for Alma’s Not Normal, which starred and was created by the actress.
It won best scripted comedy for the second season at the BAFTAs.
The sitcom is inspired by her experiences growing up in the town.
Sophie has become a TV favourite and will be back on our screens on Christmas Eve as she takes a short trip over the Pennines from her hometown of Bolton to Farsley in Leeds to make her debut as the presenter on Sewing Bee, alongside judges Patrick Grant and Esme Young for the Christmas special.
Gladiator Tom Wilson, aka Hammer, is among the participants, as are Strictly judge Anton Du Beke, comedian Lucy Beaumont and actress Susan Wokoma. They’re being challenged to make a festive present sack, turn discarded party wear into a 12 Days of Christmas-themed outfit and clothing inspired by their favourite treat.
