    sprouts contain many thousands of times the nutition by weight of their mature selves are are very easy to digest..basically water and nutrients……ph being your most important parameter of restoration of the body

    The excessive supplementing when she’s eating like 3,000 calories is ridiculous. There is no way she wouldn’t be meeting her micronutrient requirements. There can be some really negative side effects to exceeding your RDIs for vitamins and minerals. And if she seriously has to supplement cause she can’t find room in her diet for a few fruits and veges than her diet is really not good.

    I was recently in the presence of very toxic women that happened to be mothers. Complaining non stop blaming the childbirth to being stressed eat badly and looking out of shape. Saying that working out is pointless at 45 years old! I really had to cut ties with them. They give a bad image to motherhood and women in general. Not all moms let themselves go and not all women want to be moms! We are free and treating my body like my temple is what I need. They gave me looks and discouraging comments. But I cut all ties.

    I have one question? For breakfast I eat 1 half cup of oatmeal, I scoop of proteins, half of walnuts, dried cranberry and almond milk with one tablespoon of peanut butter, is this too much? meal two would be a shake and the last meal ,rice and chicken.

Welcome to your 30 min morning yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and focuses on helping you start your day in a mindful way with a full body sequence of poses to stretch, strengthen and centre.

Today’s class includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and side planks. It’s designed to help you feel like you’ve given your body everything it needs to have a great day. I also include lots of options for the more difficult positions so that you can make the practice your own.
