    @USA Basketball already over 60k online people wont be watching the women's team and you know why i see the mean did not keep MJ of the Dream TEAM lets see if you do the numbers with out Clark and i have never watched women Basketball until this years not hating but i just want to see the best no matter who they are so i guess you don't want all eyes on the USA Women Team

35 MIN TOTAL BODY TABATA TONING WORKOUT for Women | with Weights



Tone & strength from head to toe with this quick HIIT that only requires a set of dumbbells.

You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

How it’s done: Complete 2 Rounds of each circuit. 20 secs work/10 secs rest

One of my favorite full-body HIIT workouts of the year! 💥 35 minutes of dumbbell strength moves and cardio for a total body burn. 2 sets, 30 sec work/15 sec rest, and a bench for extra challenge. Let’s crush it together!

I used a Box + a set of 4kg/9 lbs + 6kg/13 lbs + 8kg/17.5 lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
