35 min HYBRID Bodyweight + Dumbbell Workout ( FULL BODY + ABS | NO REPEAT)



In This 35 min HYBRID Bodyweight + Dumbbell Workout we will have two blocks of 18x exercises. A combination of Dynamic Dumbbell exercises, bodyweight / Cardio + Abdominal exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds with 15 and 20 seconds rest.

The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x 5kg
2x 10kg

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

    Holy hell lol. I tried to choose a little bit lighter load of a STRENGTH workout for my husband who is getting back into working out… And this was not it lol.

    just the other day I had found the perfect one where you only have 10kg dumbbells and it's a slow burning strength video.

    I didn't realize this was going to take us into hiit zone LOL. It we tough for me so it was torture for him 😂

    10kg, 5kg

    The sitting alt shoulder press/curls I had to lower to 8kg
