    this is nonsense. My mom was raising 3 children which means a lot of housework, and yet she was very fat and developed a cervical spondilytis. When she moved to my native place, because the doctor advised a lifestyle change, she lost weight. She lost weight because she was walking in our farm checking on the progress of work and workers etc.

    Ranveer thank you so much for this video. All those issues which Maam is speaking about which females normally face, I am facing all those issues. I am just 42 so nowadays it's not required to reach age of 65 or 70. See I am coming across all these problems at my age of 42. But anyways i got to learn valuable information which i will definitely implement in my lifestyle. Thank you once again Ranveer. God bless you keep doing such work which helps society a lot.

    Ghar ke kaam exercise nahi hai. Unka asar bhi exercise jaisa nahi hota. So many ladies bodies who are working at home, are very weak.
