    Unbelievable 😊❤❤❤ i REALLY LOVE IT, im already 48 years old nah that's why it's a little hard for me but in my case i have so many pain in my body and really h@rd an excersise and finally i found this vedio, im talking and laughing to myself about this b'cz for me its a bit of hard but im so much enjoy while I'll do desame b'cz hard but excited and enjoying and really works for me absolutely brilliant amazing I'm so much grateful for having this vedio and i already save it , for me it's such a helpful ❤❤❤

    This was a very nice quiet stretch. My only feedback is the time to hold the stretch is too short so I doubled the time and just rewinded to see the next stretch.
