    This workout looks amazing, but I'm almost 60 and have to modify it for myself or just do a little less. But yeah, I'm going to try this workout and also I used Chalene's workout when I was pregnant with my first born daughter Amber Lee 26 YEAR AGO! WHAT? It was great then, and so I have to get back into shape again. Can't wait.

    Love love love you! The only thing I’m sad about is that I didn’t find you years ago! I’ve stopped taking all the classes at my gym and only do your videos now! I used to take 1-2 classes 5-6 days/wk now I still come to my gym but do your videos. Have noticed insane results since switching to your videos a month or so ago. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
