30 MIN Advanced Kettlebell HIIT Workout - Full Body, No Repeat



Team GROW – we’ve got ourselves another SWEATY KETTLEBELL workout! 30 minutes of challenging HIIT style exercises with and without a kettlebell, that’s why I’ve called it brutal! But trust me it’s all worth it after the timer ticks over the 30-minute mark.

Grab your mat, a kettlebell and let’s get the sweat drippin’ – let’s do it!

My weight recommendation:
Beginners: 8kg Kettlebell or a Light Dumbbell
Medium to Advanced: 16kg+ Kettlebell
(I’m using a 16kg kettlebell)

👉🏼 Level: Medium to Advanced

    I appreciate the effort you've gone into with the production and editing. I don't think this was an advanced kettlebell workout – I think this is great for beginners or woman getting into kettlebells, I felt jumping around like a netball player for half the video was a waste of time. This certainly has a place in someone's workout, but if you're half decent using a kettlebell then look elsewhere.

    Nice video but pls don't ca this HIIT..no one should be doing or can do actual HIIT for 30 mins. HIIT is when you go 100% effort for a short burst..where u can't even speak or form or a sentence fully….and then rest for a few mins..and go again…for HIIT you need your heart rate in zone 4 or 5….this video is good but not HIIT by any means
