    My lunges and burpees and planks are terrible and usually I would just stop and do something else…but I wanted to try..wasn't perfect but I am sweating.

    I have done 2 years with your strength program and then had to stop working out for 2 months. I decided to start up again with the 30 day Torch program. It would be helpful if you would mention either on the video or on the schedule that this particular workout is extremely hard on the wrists with no modifications. When you are 66 years old, I want YOU to do it. That said, I modified where i could. and then hammered my way through which i'm sure is not a good thing. this sets one up for failure. I can't be the only person in the world that has wrist issues. Please keep in mind. Otherwise, kudos. This video was incredibly wrist – centric.

    I love how in this video,they focus more on encouraging you throughout the workout and not focus solely on time. All the videos I’ve watched before this one definitely didn’t do that, and it felt as if those videos were just boring and not at all fun. With this video, I was able to focus solely on the workout and not on the time like I usually do, which is nice. Love this and will continue to use it while I workout at home!
